So things are still a bit crazy around here, but I promised these two that I’d get their sneak peek up soon! This mother treated herself to a photo session with her daughter for her 40th birthday. I thought it was such a great idea! As much as her mama wanted pictures of Miss S. in a dress, and posed like a “girl” – we just couldn’t keep her away from the bugs. If you look closely at the fourth picture, you can see her hands are in fists because there’s a grasshopper in one and a baby caterpillar in the other! And just a side note: Miss S.’s eyes are actually that blue! I still can’t get over how beautiful they are. Sometimes I take a photograph of a child, and I don’t know if it’s a facial expression, or a look, but I can almost picture that child as a grown up. I have that feeling when I look at this first photograph. I can’t believe she is seven – and looking out from those intense blue eyes I can almost picture the woman she will one day be…
