I photographed Tara and Cody’s engagement and wedding a few years ago, and now,  I feel so blessed to have been able to capture another monumental moment as they have become a family. On the day of the session, their home was so peaceful, and Tara was so at ease with this new little life in her arms. So many first time mothers seem so unsure, so cautious, but Tara was a natural.

Tara and Cody, thank you for asking me to capture these moments with your newborn. G. is so beautiful and was worth every moment of the wait for him to arrive. Enjoy these photos, and enjoy your little man. He will be walking around in shoes with laces before you can bat an eye…
