So this is another incredibly long post, but I just can’t seem to help myself with the newborn photos. You might remember Miss R.’s mommy and daddy (Mellisa and Steve) from their previous maternity session. Little Miss R. was such a sweetheart and a dream to photograph. She was bright eyed at the beginning and end of the session, and slept peacefully for everything else in between (this is why I stress the importance of photographing newborns within the first two weeks of life). I can’t believe how AMAZING her mother looks after just having a baby. She’s already into her pre-pregnancy jeans just a week after the birth. I am in love with Miss R.’s pretty rosebud lips and teeny-tiny fingernails and wrinkled little thighs (I could go on and on, but I won’t bore you with my baby obsession!). Mellisa and Steve, congratulations on your little beauty (she truly is). Miss. R., welcome to this world!
